Off Kuala Besut, the Perhentian Islands offer dozens of dive sites for every level: calm, shallow bays to start, turtles and blacktip reef sharks almost everywhere, wrecks turned into artificial reefs and, for experienced divers, the great pinnacle of Tokong Laut.
